TRASH-formation at U of Wisc, Earth Week (April 2010)
RuckusRoots is plotting its next Earth Week Activation at the University of Wisconsin, starting April 20, 2010. This year, we're participating in the campuses trash audit, by using all of the trash generated by the school over the course of the week to build a beautiful and functional sculpture! Once again, thanks to Art Customs (Ant Farm) for their help with this project.

RuckusRoots collaborated with an LA arts collective The Ant Farm to bring three amazing installation art pieces to this event--all made, of course, out of recycled and reused materials! Check out the website for this spectacular event!
April 21, 2009 - Oshkosh, Wisconsin
RuckusRoots and the Syncomasher braved the cold to bring conscious musical mashup fun to the students of University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. The school's sustainability council held week-long seminars and brown-bag talks in honor of Earth week, and RuckusRoots is proud to have been a part of the festivities.

From its inception in March 2008 up until the November 2008 elections, RuckusRoots registered voters with the help of Declare Yourself and promoted the Energy Action Coalition’s Power Vote Pledge at the following events:
